Welcome to YourBloom Studio. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or using our creative design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
🌸 Quick Summary: We provide custom creative design services for brands. All sales are final once delivered. Project scope and revision rounds are agreed before work begins. We protect your data and respect your privacy.
1. Services Description
YourBloom Studio provides creative design services, including but not limited to:
- Brand identity and logo design
- Marketplace listing and packaging design
- Social media branding and digital products
- Custom illustration and card deck design
All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
2. Ordering & Payment
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- For custom projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
- Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
3. Delivery & Acceptance
Digital deliverables are completed per the timeline agreed for your project. Upon delivery, you will receive your final files. Acceptance occurs when you confirm receipt or begin using the assets.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final once the final files are delivered. However, we stand behind our work: every project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. If a critical defect is identified within this period, we will resolve it at no additional cost.
Refunds may be considered only if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope within a reasonable timeframe and cannot resolve the issue.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your Data: You retain full ownership of all content, brand information, and materials you provide for your project.
- Our Frameworks: YourBloom Studio retains ownership of underlying templates, design frameworks, and source files, unless a custom work agreement states otherwise.
- License: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered assets for your business purposes.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and access credentials promptly
- Review deliverables within 5 business days of receipt
- Not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our templates and assets
- Comply with applicable laws when using our services
7. Limitation of Liability
YourBloom Studio is not liable for:
- Business losses, missed opportunities, or revenue changes resulting from use of the deliverables
- Third-party platform changes (Stripe, Canva, printing services, etc.) that affect functionality
- Data loss caused by client-side errors, unauthorized access, or platform outages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Sheridan, WY, in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to provide necessary cooperation. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or website announcement.
